McMillen Law Firm practices primarily in the area of medical malpractice.  We will sometimes accept cases involving legal malpractice, auto accidents, or general personal injury law, but only when they involve very significant injuries.  Approximately 90% of our work is handling professional malpractice cases. 

We pride ourselves on the quality of personal service we give to each of our clients.  In order to continue to provide this high level of service, we limit our practice to only a select few cases at a time so that we can give each case a great deal of personal attention. To do this we must turn down far more cases than we accept, and if we turn your case down it does not necessarily mean you do not have a viable case.  While our offices are in Orlando, we have handled cases all over Florida and even out of state.

If we accept your case no deposit is required and we will advance all expenses. We do not charge an attorney's fee or for any of the expenses if we do not obtain a recovery for you. Our attorney's fee percentage is usually on a sliding scale between 20% and 40%, depending on the circumstances.
